The number of spam, fake sites and ad's I get while using google infuriates me, how do I lessen the number of fake sites I receive, and is there a way of banning ads? Apparently google is removing adblock kind of applications from it's store and it's making browsing very stressful.

I've currently use adblock plus which has been working perfectly for almost a year now. From what I understand, it works on most browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and more. Adblock plus is very effective and will make your online experience a lot less frustrating.

I have deleted all my addons from my chrome browser and I am not plagued with ads at all, in fact my browser still acts like the add-on is still there and it is superb, I think chrome actually started fighting against ads.
